The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful.
The room cleanliness was unacceptable. The carpet was filthy, and the towels had stains. There was a horrible smell in the room, likely from cheap aftershave. One low-quality pillow on the bed made the rest of the night terrible as well.

Very spacious room with terace, parking within the building (paid), close bus and tram stations.
Reception desk staff unwilling to help with tourist information.

Honestly, I thought hetman might be a gem, but to my absolute horror, I found the reception staff unfriendly and the lobby decor an eyesore. It would've been great to receive a room upgrade to compensate for all these disappointments. What's with the small window in my room? Get with the times!

The Hotel Hetman has a great location for visiting the old town. It is about a mile walk into the city. It has a safe location and a fantastic restaurant (Pogo Praga) 2 blocks away. The rooms are large and clean, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. We would definately stay here another time.

It was close to the city attractions.
The receptionist were not very kind. There were no refrigerator and safe box. Hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

They had a good breakfast that was copious , even a variety of juices and cold meats. I liked how I could enjoy my coffee in the room before heading down.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but for the quality, it was still okay.

I was there only one night , however am returning with my wife on the 10th-13th december, and have highly recommended it to her. I was most impressed with the cleanliness and quality of service.
Its not that I didn't like anything, its just that at breakfast when I asked the young girl about coffee she was unable to explain to me which coffee served was instant, and which was 'real' coffee. But then again my Polish isn't as good as I'd like it to be and she probably didn't fully undersatnd me. So its probably more my fault!!!

Location: Only 7min (Tram lines:20 & 26) from Old City - The hotel lies in a non-touristic real-life zone of Warsaw. Cleanness, the reach breakfast with several polish traditional dishes and the free WiFi are positively valued. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. My booked single room was for free upgraded to a spacious double-bed room.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the metro station and a very large supermarket, metro, tram, and other facilities of a big city and the new shopping mall, where there is a huge supermarket.
